HEAVY DUTY THERMOSTATIC MIXING VALVE

The PRO-CO Mixing Valves are designed to operate efficiently with input pressures from 5 PSI  (0.3bar). It is not necessary to have equal water pressure as the mixing valves can be operated with a pressure ratio of 10 to 1 , but with proportionally declining accuracy. the flow pressure at the installation point must be 5 PSI minimum and a maximum of 90 PSI (0.3 to 6.2 Bar). The mixing valve can be serviced without removal from the wall.

PRO-CO WASH WATER CONTROL PANELS

The PRO-CO WASH WATER CONTROL PANELS have been designed to meet today's demands for clean, good looking and easily installed service equipment. If designed, the installation is more efficient in use and routine servicing can be carried out quickly, lowering costs.

The Control Panels incorporate a PRO-CO Heavy Duty 3/4" Mixing Valve with built-in protective strainers on the hot and cold supply. The valve has an accuracy of ±1% and the temperature is read from a large dial thermometer. To make it easier to read, the dial shows 40°C at the 12 o'clock position, ideal for quick visual checking at a distance. The controller on the valve has a safety lock at 40°C so that the temperature can only be turned above by a deliberate action.

TEMPATROL ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED WATER HEATERS

The PRO-CO TEMPATROLS are electronically controlled instantaneous Water Heaters designed specifically for the photographic, reprographic and allied industries where accurate control of water temperature is required.

The use of a sophisticated, electronically controlled, system means that the Heaters has been designed to PRO-CO's high standard of reliability and safety. TEMPATROLS incorporate several safety features including a reduction valve to regulate the working pressure to a maximum of 4 bar (56 PSI), the incoming pressure can be up to 16 bar (227 PSI). A safety valve is also fitted to the system and temperature control is protected by a thermal cut-out at 50°C.

TEMPATROL Heaters control the output temperature between approximately 15-45°C with an accuracy of better than ±1°C. The large control knob can easily be pre-set and marked, and gives immediate response.
The heaters are fitted with a dial thermometer large enough to be comfortably read at a distance, 40°C appears at the 12 o'clock position.
